# A public Builder Timeline + Projects spine

## Summary

/timeline merges manual milestones with Lab entries into a chronological, filterable spine. /admin/projects + /admin/timeline make the curation tractable.

## Problem

There was no single place to see the arc of the work — milestones lived in my head, Lab entries lived alone, and projects had no status.

## Solution

Built projects + timeline_events tables, an admin curator for both, and a public /timeline view that merges them and filters by Path and Season.

## Lessons Learned

A visible timeline changed how I planned the next week. Future builders need to see the arc, not just the latest post.

## Next Steps

Add per-project pages that show timeline + lab + dispatches scoped to that project.
